The waist is the whole point: a wide criss-cross band that wraps and ties, giving you a defined middle without anything tight. Above it the bodice gathers softly at a round neck. Below, the skirt falls straight to the ankle with enough width to move.

Fit note

Cut relaxed through the body, defined at the waist. True to size — if you're between sizes, take the smaller one. The waist band does the shaping and there is room everywhere else.

Drafted for 5'6" / 168 cm. Shorter than that and it will pool at the ankle; taller and it will sit above it.

Care

Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle. Line dry. Warm iron while slightly damp. Linen creases — that is the fabric doing what linen does.
