These Terms of Service govern your use of mirasella.com and any purchase you make through it. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

3. Products and pricing

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. We work to display product colors and details accurately, but screens vary and actual colors may differ slightly. We reserve the right to limit quantities, correct pricing errors, and refuse or cancel any order.

4. Orders and payment

Your order is an offer to purchase. We accept it when we send a confirmation email. Payment is processed at the time of order. If we cancel an order after payment, you'll receive a full refund.

5. Shipping and risk of loss

Shipping terms are described on our Shipping page. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

6. Returns

Returns are governed by our Returns & Exchanges policy, which forms part of these terms.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this site — including text, images, logos, and design — is owned by Mirasella or its licensors and may not be reproduced without written permission.
