All Mirasella orders ship from our U.S. warehouse.

Rates

• Free standard shipping on U.S. orders over $75
• Standard shipping under $75: $6.95

Delivery times

• Processing: 1–2 business days
• Standard delivery: 3–6 business days after processing

Orders placed after 12:00 PM ET, on weekends, or on U.S. holidays begin processing the next business day.

Tracking

You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to update after you receive it.

Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. Delivery to AK, HI, and PR may take a few days longer. We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.

Wrong address?

Email info@mirasella.com as soon as possible. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we can usually correct it. Once shipped, we're unable to change the delivery address.

Lost or delayed packages

If tracking shows no movement for 7 business days, or your package is marked delivered but hasn't arrived, contact us and we'll make it right.
