How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed in 1–2 business days and delivered in 3–6 business days after that. Everything ships from our U.S. warehouse. Full details on our Shipping page.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes — free standard shipping on U.S. orders over $75.

How do I know what size to order?

Our Size Guide has measurements for clothing and shoes. If you're between sizes, email us with your measurements and we'll give you an honest recommendation.

What if it doesn't fit?

You have 30 days from delivery to return unworn items with tags attached. See Returns & Exchanges.

How do I exchange for another size?

The fastest way is to return the original and place a new order. Email us and we'll help coordinate.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Email info@mirasella.com right away. If it hasn't shipped yet, we can usually help.

Do you ship internationally?

Not yet — we currently ship within the United States only.

How do I care for my pieces?

Care instructions are on every product page. Most of our pieces do best with a gentle cold wash and flat drying.
