We ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Europe, Australia and New Zealand — and shipping is free on every order, with no minimum.

Processing

Orders are picked and packed by our fulfilment partners within 1–2 business days. You'll get a confirmation email straight away, and a second email with tracking as soon as your parcel is on its way.

Delivery times and cost

All shipping is priority — insured and tracked. These are working days and don't include weekends or public holidays. Delivery windows are estimates, not guarantees — carrier delays can add a day or two, particularly around holidays.

Where your order ships from

We hold stock with fulfilment partners in each of the regions we serve, so your order ships from a warehouse close to you rather than travelling halfway around the world. That's what keeps delivery inside a week.

Duties and import charges

Because orders are fulfilled locally, there are no import duties or customs charges to pay on delivery within the regions listed above. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay.

Tracking

Every order ships with tracking. You'll receive the link by email as soon as your parcel leaves the warehouse. It can take a day before the first scan appears — that's normal and doesn't mean anything is wrong.

If something goes wrong

If your tracking hasn't moved in 5 days, or your parcel hasn't arrived within 14 days of dispatch, email info@mirasella.com with your order number. We'll either resend it or refund you in full. You don't need to chase the carrier — that's our job.

Wrong address

Email us within 12 hours of ordering and we can usually still change it. After dispatch we can't redirect a parcel, and an order returned to sender due to an incorrect address is refunded minus the original shipping cost.
